The First to pay gets the slot

To secure your reservation at Onsen 33 Hot Spring Resort, the first guest to pay the Booking Fee will secure the slot for their desired dates.

No Pencil Booking

We kindly remind our guests that we do not accept pencil bookings. All reservations must be made online or by contacting our reservation team directly.

Non-refundable, but can be re-booked

Our booking policy states that confirmed reservations are non-refundable,however, we offer the flexibility to rebook your stay for a future date at no extra cost. Please contact ur for more information on rebooking options.

No Downgrading of Bookings

We kindly remind our guests that once a booking is confirmed, it cannot be downgraded. We strive to provide the best experience possible and appreciate your understanding.

Kids under 4 stay for free

Children aged 4 and under can enjoy a complimentary stay with valid proof af age, making Onsen 33 Hot Spring Resort a family-friendly destination.

We advise our guested to bring their own bath towels as it is not provided.however,if somehow our guests forget,we offer bath towels for rent (P60.00 each)

P5,000.00 Minimum Downpayment

For a security purposes,we require a minimum of P5,000.00 downpayment to lock in your selected dates.

Pets ( w/ rules)

Well-behaved toy dog breeds are welcome with a maximum of two pets per stay. Pets must be potty-trained and wear diapers.Please keep them off the beds and sofas.Swimming is not allowed.Additional fee of P200.00 per pet

2. What’s included in my stay at Onsen33?

Onsen33 provides all-in amenities so you can relax and enjoy your getaway without hassle. Inclusions are:

  • Pool with jacuzzi and waterfalls

  • Fully air-conditioned rooms (note: common area aircons on 1st & 2nd floor are excluded)

  • Full bed amenities (pillows, blankets, linens)

  • Kitchen essentials – microwave, rice cooker, kitchen utensils, LPG gas, and stove

  • Entertainment options – karaoke, Netflix, Bluetooth speakers, billiards, table tennis, air hockey, dart board, and board games (like Bingo, Jenga, Chess, Monopoly)

  • Complimentary items – WiFi, tube ice, up to 4 gallons of mineral water, charcoal for BBQ, and 1-hour free jacuzzi use

3. What are your check-in and check-out times?

Check-in: Starts at 5:00 PM

Check-out: Ends at 2:00 PM the next day, giving you 21 hours of accommodation

4. Is Onsen33 pet-friendly?

Yes, we welcome well-behaved toy dog breeds, with up to two pets per stay. Pets must be potty-trained and wear diapers. Please note: no swimming for pets allowed, and there’s an additional fee of ₱200 per pet

5. What is your booking and payment policy?

  • To secure your reservation, a 50% down payment is required. The remaining balance is settled upon check-in.

  • Bookings are non-refundable, but can be rebooked for a future date at no extra cost.

  • We do not accept pencil bookings—reservations must be made online or through our reservation team.

  • Once confirmed, bookings cannot be downgraded.
